Please include the record attempt measurement, your chosen witnesses, the date, time, and exact location of the attempt. Additionally, if possible, please give complete information on the individuals or organization making the attempt, as well as information about their preparation.
Two neutral witness testimonies, or two expert witness statements, verifying the results of the record. The witnesses are required to provide a list of the details they have confirmed throughout the attempt, the times they were present, and what they saw while performing. The final record outcome/total must be mentioned in the statements of the final two witnesses at the time of the event.
• A thorough record of activities must be produced that includes all necessary details regarding the times and locations of each activity.
• Photographic documentation of your attempt that includes the information offered by the independent witnesses.
• Video documentation of the entire record attempt, from beginning to end, allowing us to verify the measurement accomplished, the adherence to the rules, and the information provided by the independent witnesses. Please make sure the camera is static and always focused on the attempt.
As part of the evidence requirements, documents from the media (newspaper, online, TV, or radio) should be provided.

Records created without our knowledge
You must provide all the documentation that our ICWR team requests, and we will let you know within 2 weeks whether it may be considered as a record or not.
APPROVAL TO ENTER A CONTRACT WITH ICWR
It’s crucial for both of us to be able to make a legally binding agreement.
ADJUDICATION
Did you know that you could invite a ICWR adjudicator to your record attempt, You can ask a ICWR to supervisor to come and watch your record attempt. ICWR has no obligation to grant such a request, but in the event that it does, ICWR can request for payment of a charge to cover the costs, which may include, in ICWR adjudication fee, Certification cost ICWR adjudication fee, Certification cost accommodation, airfare.
You agree that ICWR will have no liability for any loss suffered by you, the Group or third parties as a result of ICWR deciding that you have or have not been successful in any Record Attempt.
EVIDENCE: RIGHTS TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You certify and indicate that you have all necessary rights, permits, and consents to award ICWR intellectual property rights in the Evidence.

I agree that ICWR may process my personal information for the purpose of publishing and advertising of ICWR products and services.
If you are signing this form on behalf of an entire team of individuals who will take part in the record attempt, that group’s members have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this document
